If you wish, you will receive a one time rebate of $50* and the Affinity Partner you selected will receive an ongoing annual payment of $25. Once you’ve enrolled with us and chosen to pay your rebate forward, you’ll be sent a certificate in the mail from us on their behalf, thanking you for your generous support. Of course you’re free to collect your rebate and donate it to any organization you wish as well.
